Complex Materials – Weathered rock, such as chalk can have characteristics that are quite tricky to determine, ex-situ, in lab testing. Pressuremeter testing allows the direct insitu measurements of pressure (stress) and displacement (strain) to determine a whole host of characteristics in target geological horizons.
